When will my order ship?

All orders will ship on the following business day after the order has been placed. Please add one business day to any shipping estimate.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

If you select our free shipping option, your order will arrive in 3-6 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options that will be presented to you at checkout.

What shipping speeds do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping, FedEx 2day, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. Because all orders ship on the following business day, please add one additional business day to every shipping estimate.

How can I track my order?

You can find your tracking information on your order confirmation email. If you’re having trouble finding your order confirmation email, feel free to reach out on live chat or email at info@greatsbrand.com.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to the GREATS Customer Experience Team with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

Does GREATS ship internationally?

We currently ship to China via our third-party partner Beyond 别样 where you can buy GREATS shoes. Please note, while we can guarantee authentic GREATS products being sold by Beyond, they are a third-party platform and shopping with them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for orders, customer service and other inquiries if you shop on this platform. Please expect longer delivery times if you shop on this platform.

We currently do not ship to any other countries, however you can shop a selection of GREATS on Nordstrom.com

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
