By focusing on selling direct-to-consumer and cutting out the inefficient model of having retailers mark sneakers up 2.5x we can make great product and sell it to you directly for less.
We offer US Men's sizes 7-13, and US Women's sizes 6-10. Starting late Summer 2017 we will start carrying US Men's Size 14.

Some of our styles are athletically inspired, but all of our sneakers are casual-wear.
All of our sneakers have a medium (D) width, and we do not offer any other widths at this time.
Greats will cover the cost of shipping for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will still accept an order for a return or exchange after 30 days, but we ask that you please cover the cost of shipping yourself. Keep in mind, your Greats must be returned in new condition (shoebox, tags, etc) to qualify for a return.

If you choose our Flat Rate shipping option, your order should arrive at your door within 8 business days. If you choose an expedited shipping method, it will be there sooner.

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after making your purchase, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days.
Some of our styles run true to size, while other styles will run a half a size large. Please check out our Sizing Info for more information.
We hate waiting, too, but this happens sometimes. Sign up to be notified when we restock a shoe, and we will let you know when it's back.

Yes! The insoles are removable on all of our styles except for The Hirsh.

We size our shoes in US sizing — for European sizing please see the chart below. See our suggested fit guide for how to size our shoes.
These styles run a 1/2 size big. If you wear a 10, get a 9.5
These styles run a 1/2 size small. If you wear an 8, get an 8.5
We believe our shoes are great, but if you are unhappy with your pair we'll be happy to help you exchange or return for a refund.

You must be able to provide the order information.
Greats will cover the cost of ground shipping for a return/exchange if requested within 30 days of order delivery.
If you are in the New York City area, you can bring your return/exchange to The GREATS Studio instead.
After 30 days all new/unworn items are still eligible for a return or exchange - however, return shipping must be paid for by the customer
Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
2. We will then provide you with a shipping label you may use to send your order back to our warehouse.
3. When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order, or ship out your exchange.
Our support team hours are from 10am - 9pm EST, 7 days a week. We'll answer all inquiries as soon as possible. We’ll exchange or refund any product that isn’t up to snuff, as long as you haven’t worn or damaged it. You’ve got 30 days to do it.
